Public Policy Signal Intelligence
Agxncy worked with the public policy and campaigns function of a global technology company to explore how agentic systems could strengthen policy intelligence, narrative detection, stakeholder monitoring, and campaign response.
The engagement focused on defining a shared intelligence fabric built on an entity-based data model, compliant source ingestion, grounded signal detection, and agentic briefing workflows.
Agxncy developed the product strategy, system concept, interaction model, and working prototype to demonstrate how live policy, media, regulatory, and market signals could be converted into trusted intelligence and action.
The work also established a path from internally developed AI tools towards a more coherent, scalable intelligence capability spanning campaigns, agents, data sources, and operational workflows.
What made the project distinctive was the need to combine product strategy, agentic system design, data architecture, policy intelligence and working software into a single coherent proposition. It required more than designing an interface or applying AI to an existing workflow. The challenge was to define how intelligence itself should be structured, grounded and operationalised. That intersection of design, technology and enterprise product innovation is exactly where AGXNCY is built to operate.
